Volleyball Recap: Central Crossing Comes Up Short

After flying high against Briggs on Wednesday, Central Crossing came back down to earth. The Comets came up short against the Grove City Greyhounds on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Comets have struggled against the Greyhounds recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-15, 25-21.

Central Crossing's loss dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Grove City, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-16.

Central Crossing has already played their next contest (against Westland), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Grove City, after both having extra time off, they and Olentangy Liberty will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on the 21st.
