Football Recap: Branson Piles Up the Points Against Hillcrest

Branson owes their defense a big pat on the back after their performance on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Hillcrest Hornets 29-0. The result was nothing new for the Pirates, who have now won four games by 28 points or more so far this season.

The win was the fourth in a row for Branson, bringing their record up to 7-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 37.0 points over those games. As for Hillcrest, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

As of now, neither Branson nor the Hornets have any future games scheduled.
