A Season-Best Effort from Ian Cline Leads Providence Day over Charlotte Christian
On Thursday, Providence Day got the W thanks in part to Ian Cline playing the best football he has all season. Cline rushed for 275 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.5 yards per carry, and also picked up 39 receiving yards, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Cline must have Charlotte Christian's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Cline rushed for 223 yards and a touchdown while picking up 11.7 yards per carry the last time he and the Knights duked it out back in November of 2023.

Charlotte Latin Wins Eighth-Straight Thanks to Carson Clutter
Carson Clutter was instrumental in extending Charlotte Latin's winning streak to eight on Thursday. Clutter turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 157 yards while picking up 7.1 yards per carry. Those 157 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
Charlotte Latin's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-0. Clutter and Charlotte Latin will be playing in front of their home fans against Charlotte Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Sam Jacobson's rushing tear continued on Thursday as he dropped his third-straight game with 118+ rushing yards. He rushed for 118 yards and a touchdown.
