Basketball Recap: Modesto Takes a Loss

Modesto was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 19th straight defeat. They were beaten by the Enochs Eagles 81-52. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 81-39 two weeks ago.

Modesto's loss dropped their record down to 2-20. As for Enochs, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-8.

Modesto will take on Pitman at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Pitman will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Modesto surely won't give up without a fight. As for Enochs, they will square off against Turlock at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Turlock's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last nine matchups.
