Volleyball Game Preview: Morton Potters vs. St. Laurence Vikings

The Morton Potters will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the St. Laurence Vikings at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Morton is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against Marian Catholic. The Potters walked away with a 2-0 win over the Spartans back in April.

Meanwhile, St. Laurence had just enough and edged out Providence Catholic 2-1 on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Celtics: they've now won three in a row.

St. Laurence had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-21, 25-23.
