Volleyball Recap: Bishop Hartley Comes Up Short

Bishop Hartley lost against Dublin Scioto back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Bishop Hartley took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Dublin Scioto.

Bishop Hartley was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Dublin Scioto work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-18, 18-25, 25-21.

Among those leading the charge was David Lee, who had 12 digs and four aces. Lee is crushing it when it comes to digs: he's had at least ten every time he's taken the court this season.

Bishop Hartley's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Dublin Scioto, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Coming up, Bishop Hartley will host Mt. Vernon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Dublin Scioto, they will venture away from home to square off against Mt. Healthy at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
