Baseball Game Preview: Mission Viejo Diablos vs. El Toro Chargers

For the second straight game, Mission Viejo will face off against El Toro. The Diablos will welcome the Chargers at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Mission Viejo turned things around against El Toro on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out the Chargers 9-8. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Diablos have posted since March 19th.

Carson Browning was incredible, going 2-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one double. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Sam Ursulo, who scored three runs while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

The victory got Mission Viejo back to even at 10-10. As for El Toro, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-8.
