Basketball Recap: Scottsdale Christian Academy Takes a Loss

The Scottsdale Christian Academy Eagles came up short against the North Valley Christian Academy Lions on Wednesday, falling 51-26. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

North Valley Christian Academy found their leader in sophomore Triniti Terracciano, who almost dropped a double-double on 25 points and nine steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which Terracciano has scored at least a third of North Valley Christian Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Kalina Santor, who posted eight points in addition to seven steals and five boards.

Scottsdale Christian Academy now has a losing record at 6-7. As for North Valley Christian Academy, the win got them back to even at 8-8.

Scottsdale Christian Academy has already played their next contest, a 58-13 loss against Gilbert Christian on the 17th. As for North Valley Christian Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 60-40 defeat against Mohave Accelerated on the 16th.
