Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Kinzie Hawkins stepped things up a notch to give Cedar the 'W'. Hawkins went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. That home run was her first of the season.

Hawkins' strong effort led Cedar over Dixie and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
