On Friday Kameron Lester struck out seven batters over 6.1 innings while giving up three earned (and four unearned) runs off five hits. The performance also marked the fewest walks (two) Lester has had since March 3rd. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his seventh in a row with more than five strikeouts. For the season, he has an ERA of 2.00 over 35 innings pitched.

Lester and Warner Robins will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Wayne County at 5:00 p.m. on April 8.
