Softball Recap: String Theory vs. Northeast Vikings

In what's become a running theme this season, String Theory gave their fans yet another huge victory on Wednesday. They blew past the Northeast Vikings 25-10. String Theory's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Ava Matteo was incredible, going 4-for-4 with four runs, two stolen bases, and four RBI. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now stolen two or more in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Alexa Pietrafesa, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.

The win (which was String Theory's fifth in a row) raised their record to 12-1. As for Northeast, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
