Burroughs won the last time they faced Muir and things went their way on Friday too. Burroughs put the hurt on Muir with a sharp 8-1 win. Considering the Bears have won ten games by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Burroughs pushed their record up to 13-2 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.6 runs on average over those games. As for Muir, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-5.
