Softball Recap: San Diego Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for San Diego's offense. They fell just short of the Bishop Badgers by a score of 2-0 on Monday. The Vaqueros haven't had much luck with the Badgers recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

San Diego's loss dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Bishop, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season.

Coincidentally, San Diego and Bishop will both be playing Banquete the next time they take the field. The Badgers will head out to face the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Vaqueros will host them at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th.
