The Leadore Mustangs suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Saturday. They were beaten by Watersprings 67-27. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Leadore has scored all season.

Loss or not, Leadore got some senior leadership from Taylor Ayers and Mason Herbst. Ayers scored 11 points along with two blocks, while Herbst. scored eight points along with five rebounds and three steals. Herbst has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last six times he's played.

Leadore has not been sharp recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season. As for Watersprings, their win bumped their record up to 13-3.

Leadore will head out on the road to challenge North Gem at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. North Gem will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive. Watersprings will take on Sho-Ban at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
