Volleyball Recap: Northwest Halifax Comes Up Short

If Northwest Halifax was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of KIPP P on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Vikings fell just short of the Northampton County Jaguars by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Jaguars recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Northwest Halifax's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Northampton County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Northwest Halifax will challenge rival Weldon at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Northampton County is set to square off against their familiar foe Warren County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
