 In what's become a running theme this season, St. Paul gave their fans yet another huge  win on Monday. They never let the Monroeville Eagles onto the board and left with  a   15-0  victory. That's more bragging rights for St. Paul, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
  Kole Maxwell made a big impact no matter where he played. He  didn't allow a single  earned run and  only two  hits while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. Maxwell has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  tossed less than ten  strikeouts in six consecutive pitching appearances. Maxwell was also big at the plate,  firing off four  doubles, four  RBI,  and a  run while going 4-for-4.
 In other batting news, St. Paul got a  massive  performance out of  Ben Burger, who  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while going 2-for-3.  Ashton Stang was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing three bases while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 On Monroeville's side, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Colt Clark, who  went 1-for-2 with two  stolen bases.
 St. Paul has  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record  this season. As for Monroeville, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost five of their last six matchups,  which put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record  this season.
 St. Paul will have a chance to go back-to-back against Monroeville: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
