Volleyball Recap: Helix Comes Up Short on the Road Against Academy of Our Lady of Peace

Helix kicked off their season on the road on Wednesday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 3-0 to the Academy of Our Lady of Peace Pilots. The defeat continues a trend for the Highlanders in their meetings with the Pilots: they've now lost three in a row.

Helix couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Academy of Our Lady of Peace a tough time in the third set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-17, 30-28.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Helix will take on Rancho Bernardo at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Academy of Our Lady of Peace, they will venture away from home to square off against Olympian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
