Basketball Recap: Stevens Comes Up Short

Stevens lost against Brandon Valley back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Stevens Raiders fell 52-39 to the Brandon Valley Lynx. The contest marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Stevens and nudges their season record down to 9-9. As for Brandon Valley, the victory was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-1.

Looking ahead, Stevens will welcome Yankton at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Stevens is facing Yankton at the right time seeing as Yankton is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Brandon Valley, they will head out to face off against Washington at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Washington will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Brandon Valley surely won't give up without a fight.
