Volleyball Recap: Lomira Comes Up Short

Lomira lost against St. Mary's Springs back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lions lost 3-0 to the Ledgers. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-12, 25-14.

Mia Norlin paced Lomira's offense, picking up seven kills. Norlin got some help from Erin Zenner and her 13 assists.

Lomira's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for St. Mary's Springs, their victory bumped their record up to 11-17.

Lomira wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Omro on the 9th. As for St. Mary's Springs, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Living Word Lutheran on the 7th.
