Volleyball Game Preview: Owatonna Huskies vs. Lakeville North Panthers + Official Tickets

After both having extra time off, the Owatonna Huskies and the Lakeville North Panthers will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.

On Wednesday, Owatonna got the win against Rochester Area HomeSchool by a conclusive 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Huskies.

Meanwhile, Lakeville North made easy work of Rochester Area HomeSchool on Wednesday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Lakeville North not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Rochester Area HomeSchool between 14 and 17 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-14, 25-14.

Owatonna better keep an eye on Taylor Peterson. She was instrumental in Lakeville North's win, getting 14 digs and three aces. That's the most digs Peterson has posted since back in September.

Lakeville North's win bumped their record up to 20-8. As for Owatonna, their victory bumped their record up to 21-8.
