Volleyball Recap: Godwin Comes Up Short

Godwin was the 3-0 winner over Clover Hill when they last played one another back in August of 2017, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles fell just short of the Cavaliers by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Godwin's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Clover Hill, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season.

Godwin is taking a road trip to square off against Atlee at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Clover Hill, they will host Huguenot at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
