Volleyball Recap: Britton-Hecla Takes a Loss

Britton-Hecla lost against Clark/Willow Lake back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Braves took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cyclones.

The final score came out to 25-19, 17-25, 25-18, 25-15.

Karlie Zuehlke paced Britton-Hecla's offense, picking up ten kills. Zuehlke were helped by Airiana Buer and Jaelee Grupe, who contributed 16 assists each.

Britton-Hecla has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-12 record this season. As for Clark/Willow Lake, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 23-0.

Britton-Hecla has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Wilmot on the 28th. As for Clark/Willow Lake, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Hamlin on the 28th.
