Soccer Recap: Chatham Charter Takes a Loss

The Chatham Charter Knights didn't have quite enough to beat the Cornerstone Charter Cardinals on Friday and fell 2-1. Chatham Charter have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Their goal came courtesy of Brison (Fisher) Sellers, which was the first he's scored this season.

Chatham Charter's loss dropped their record down to 1-5-1. As for Cornerstone Charter, their win bumped their record up to 3-4-4.

Chatham Charter wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 3-2 defeat against Southern Wake Academy on the 22nd. As for Cornerstone Charter, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-1 loss against Bethany Community on the 23rd.
