Volleyball Recap: East Hartford Hornets vs. RHAM Raptors
East Hartford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 27th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the RHAM Raptors. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Hornets of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-3, 25-5, 25-4.
RHAM can attribute much of their success to Neve Tyler, who had 14 digs. Tyler is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in the last eight games she's played dating back to last season.
East Hartford's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for RHAM, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-4.
East Hartford will take on Enfield at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Enfield will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something East Hartford surely won't give up without a fight. As for RHAM, they will square off against Wethersfield at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. RHAM will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
