Softball Recap: Garden Grove Takes a Loss

Garden Grove fell victim to Fullerton and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Indians, falling 11-0. The Argonauts haven't had much luck with the Indians recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Garden Grove now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Fullerton, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

Garden Grove will welcome Loara at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Fullerton, they will head out on the road to take on Ocean View at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. The Seahawks have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.32 runs per game on average), something the Indians will no doubt try to take advantage of.
