Markesan won against Waterloo last Monday with 82 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. The Markesan Hornets beat the Waterloo Pirates by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 82-47. Winning may never get old, but the Hornets sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Markesan's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-10. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.3 points over those games. As for Waterloo, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-24.

Coming up, Markesan will take on Marshall on Friday. Markesan will be up against Marshall's rather soft defense (which has allowed 60.44 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. Waterloo does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
