Baseball Recap: Anderson Comes Up Short

Anderson fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Woodhaven on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 4-3. The Titans just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Anderson's defeat dropped their record down to 18-9. As for Woodhaven, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-8 record this season.

Anderson will take on Roosevelt at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Woodhaven, they will face off against Utica Eisenhower at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
