Arroyo has gone 8-2 against Mountain View recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. Arroyo will head out to challenge Mountain View at 3:30 p.m.

Last Friday, Arroyo came up short against El Monte and fell 7-4.

Meanwhile, Mountain View had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They beat the Panthers by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 18-1. The result was nothing new for the Vikings, who have now won four games by 11 runs or more so far this season.

Arroyo's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6-1. As for Mountain View, their win bumped their record up to 5-7.

Everything went Arroyo's way against Mountain View in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, as Arroyo made off with a 23-9 victory. Will Arroyo repeat their success, or does Mountain View has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
