Football Recap: Fargo North Comes Up Short

Fargo North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were dealt a 38-8 defeat at the hands of the West Fargo Packers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Spartans of the 38-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Fargo North suffered their first home defeat, dropping their record down to 2-6. As for West Fargo, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Fargo North is set to challenge their familiar foe Fargo Davies at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, West Fargo will square off against rival Sheyenne at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
