Volleyball Recap: South Lyon's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

South Lyon posted their closest win since August 23rd on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Fenton Tigers 2-1. The victory was nothing new for the Lions as they're now sitting on three straight.

Kennedy Duncan paced South Lyon's offense, picking up seven kills. Duncan got some help from Lucy Stoll and her 17 assists. Stoll was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

South Lyon's win bumped their record up to 17-5-1. As for Fenton, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-6 record.

Coincidentally, South Lyon and Fenton will both be playing St. Clair the next time they take the court. The Tigers will head out to face the Saints at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Lions will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
