Softball Recap: West Carroll Comes Up Short

West Carroll was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 10-2 to the Pearl City Wolves. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Thunder of the 11-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

West Carroll's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Pearl City, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 7-8 record.

West Carroll has already played their next contest (against Warren/Stockton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Pearl City, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 7-2 win against Dakota on the 15th.
