Baseball Game Preview: Pauls Valley Panthers vs. Bridge Creek Bobcats

For the second straight game, Pauls Valley will face off against Bridge Creek. The Panthers will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against the Bobcats at 5:00 p.m. Someone's luck will take a turn for the better: Pauls Valley has lost four straight at home , while Bridge Creek has lost five on the road.

Having struggled with 13 losses in a row, Pauls Valley turned things around against Bridge Creek on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bobcats, sneaking past 4-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Panthers have posted since March 11th.

Zac Hayes spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and two unearned) runs on seven hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.
