Football Recap: Hughes Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Hughes was the 46-28 winner over Purcell Marian when they last played one another back in September of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The BIG RED fell 22-14 to the Cavaliers on Thursday. The BIG RED have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hughes' defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Purcell Marian, the win also got them back to even at 2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hughes will challenge Clark Montessori at 6:30 p.m. on the 19th. As for Purcell Marian, they will look to defend their home field on the 19th against Archbishop McNicholas at 7:00 p.m.
