Volleyball Game Preview: Escalon Cougars vs. Orestimba Warriors + How To Watch

Escalon is on a three-game streak of home losses, and Orestimba a five-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Thursday. The Escalon Cougars will be playing at home against the Orestimba Warriors at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Escalon came up short against Ripon and fell 3-1.

Escalon started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-12, 25-16, 25-9.

Meanwhile, Orestimba lost 3-0 to Ripon Christian on Tuesday.

The final score came out to 25-8, 25-18, 25-16.

Orestimba's loss dropped their record down to 11-19. As for Escalon, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-15.

Escalon took their victory against Orestimba in their previous meeting back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Cougars have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Warriors turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
