Volleyball Game Preview: Parowan Rams vs. Dixie Flyers

The Parowan Rams will venture away from home to square off against the Dixie Flyers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Parowan saw some tournament action on Saturday. They lost 3-0 to North Sanpete.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-10, 25-8.

Dixie had won three straight games and Jaselle Mills did her part to make it four on Thursday. The Flyers came out on top against Snow Canyon by a score of 3-1 with plenty of help from Mills, who had 19 digs and three aces. She has been hot, having posted 14 or more digs the last six times she's played.

While Dixie might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Snow Canyon scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-18, 20-25, 25-23.

Parowan's defeat dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Dixie, their victory bumped their record up to 15-8.

Everything went Parowan's way against Dixie when the teams last played back in August of 2024, as Parowan made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rams since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
