Softball Preview: Silverado Hawks vs. Adelanto Saints
Silverado has gone 8-1-1 against Adelanto recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. Silverado will head out to take on Adelanto at 3:15 p.m. Silverado is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.
While Silverado's win against Burroughs wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Silverado sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-5 victory over Burroughs on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Hawks have posted since April 18, 2024.
Alexis Rodriguez spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and four unearned) runs on 11 hits. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-low in walks (zero).
