Basketball Recap: South Bronx Prep Snags Ninth Victory in Last Ten Games

South Bronx Prep won the last time they faced Longwood Prep Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The South Bronx Prep Cougars took down the Longwood Prep Academy Legends 70-56. That's two games straight that the Cougars have won by exactly 14 points.

South Bronx Prep has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 19-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.0 points per game. As for Longwood Prep Academy, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-3.

South Bronx Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Longwood Prep Academy, they will be playing at home against DeWitt Clinton at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Longwood Prep Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully DeWitt Clinton likes a good challenge.
