Volleyball Recap: Chino Comes Up Short

Chino lost against Ayala back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cowboys came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 3-0.

Chino was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-22, 25-21.

Chino's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Ayala, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-1.

Coming up, Chino will venture away from home to face off against Walnut at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ayala has already played their next game (against Sunny Hills), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
