Southwest SD is a perfect 5-0 against Castle Park since April of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Raiders will look to defend their home court against the Trojans at 4:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Southwest SD is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering San Ysidro just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Wednesday. They came up short against the Cougars, falling 3-0.

Meanwhile, Castle Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Chula Vista. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Southwest SD's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 16-11. As for Castle Park, their loss dropped their record down to 3-11.

Southwest SD beat Castle Park 3-1 in their previous meeting last Wednesday. Will the Raiders repeat their success, or do the Trojans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
