Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Brennan to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cayden Glass, who threw for 302 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 12.1 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 58 yards. That's the most passing yards Glass has posted since back in October of 2024. Donivin Lard also helped with three scores in total.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Brennan's defense and their three sacks. Leading the way was Isiah Tolefree with two. Brennan got some further help from Johnas Brewster: he made 17 total tackles (5.0 for loss).

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Thursday Reagan sidestepped Brandeis for a 20-17 win. The Rattlers haven't had any issues with the Broncos recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Brennan better keep an eye on Edwin Bridges. He was instrumental in Reagan's win, rushing for 191 yards and one TD while picking up 7.6 yards per carry. Bridges was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 55 yards.

Reagan was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 279 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 200 rushing yards in seven consecutive contests.

Brennan's record now sits at 9-1. As for Reagan, their record is now 6-4.

Friday's matchup might be decided on the ground. Brennan has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 152.5 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Reagan struggles in that department as they've been averaging 258.1 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's game turns into a tough fight on the ground.

Brennan beat Reagan 21-13 when the teams last played back in August. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was the Rattlers' John Opara, who rushed for 177 yards while picking up 8.0 yards per carry. Now that he's got a second chance to win this matchup, will the Bears still be able to contain Opara? Check MaxPreps.com after the match to find out.
