Baseball Recap: Queen City Comes Up Short

Queen City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They lost 11-0 to the New Boston Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 19-0 back in March.

Queen City's record now sits at 1-15. As for New Boston, their victory bumped their record up to 9-10.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Queen City is set to challenge their familiar foe Redwater at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, New Boston will take on rival Hooks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
