Basketball Recap: Jase Nichols Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Holy Spirit Prep

Rock Springs Christian Academy won the last time they faced Holy Spirit Prep and things went their way on Friday too. Rock Springs Christian Academy strolled past the Holy Spirit Prep Cougars with points to spare, taking the game 55-36.

Rock Springs Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jase Nichols, who posted 13 points along with six steals and three blocks. Nichols is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jaylen Dallas, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 13 boards.

Rock Springs Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Holy Spirit Prep, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Heritage Preparatory the next time they take the court. Rock Springs Christian Academy will head out to face Heritage Preparatory at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, while Holy Spirit Prep will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
