Softball Recap: Ashbrook Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Ashbrook's offense. They came up short against the North Gaston Wildcats on Thursday, falling 13-0. The Greenwave just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Ashbrook's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for North Gaston, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-8.

Looking ahead, Ashbrook will head out on the road to square off against Olympic at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Greenwave are facing the Trojans at the right time seeing as the Trojans are stuck on a 12-game losing streak. As for North Gaston, they will be playing at home against Stuart W. Cramer at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
