Baseball Recap: Bloomingdale Falls Short of St. Thomas Aquinas in the Playoffs

Bloomingdale and St. Thomas Aquinas squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Bloomingdale had to settle for second. They came up short against the Raiders, falling 15-0. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Bulls, who until this matchup were averaging 1.86 runs allowed.

Bloomingdale's defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 28-7. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 28-6-1.

As of now, neither Bloomingdale nor the Raiders have any future games scheduled.
