Tooele was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They took a 57-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jordan Beetdiggers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Buffaloes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 68-58 on January 3rd.

Several Buffaloes players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Mason Heap, who went 6 for 13 en route to 18 points in addition to five boards and three steals. Another player making a difference was Crew Lewis, who almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine rebounds.

Mason Tolley continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Jordan, almost dropping a double-double on 18 points and nine boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Holden Warnick, who posted six points and seven rebounds.

Tooele's loss dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Jordan, their record now sits at 8-13.

Tooele will venture away from home to take on Cottonwood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cottonwood is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 66 points per game this season.
