Bibb County's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They strolled past the Montevallo Bulldogs with points to spare, taking the game 59-40. The Choctaws pushed the score to 50-24 by the end of the third, a deficit the Bulldogs cut but never quite recovered from.

Bibb County now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Montevallo, they dropped their record down to 2-4 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Bibb County will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Helena at 5:00 p.m. on December 8. As for Montevallo, they will head out to take on Meek at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
