Longmeadow extended their home winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Chris Bousquet. The Lancers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Putnam Vo-Tech Beavers on Tuesday for which the team can thank Bousquet, who had 16 digs and six aces. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 2.2 aces per game.

Longmeadow's got stronger as the match went on, holding Putnam Vo-Tech to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-14, 25-12.

Longmeadow is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. As for Putnam Vo-Tech, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Longmeadow is set to take on their familiar foe Frontier Regional at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Putnam Vo-Tech will face off against rival Central at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
