High school basketball: Hoophall Classic to feature Tyran Stokes, Brandon McCoy and Jordan Smith

The Spalding Hoophall Classic is annually the top showcase event in high school basketball with the nation's premier teams from coast to coast taking the floor in Springfield, Mass. — home of the Basketball Hall of Fame.

The 24th edition takes place over the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend Jan. 15-19, 2026 at Blake Arena on the campus of Springfield College. See the complete lineup below.

Eight of the top 10 prospects in the Class of 2026 are expected to participate including Tyran Stokes of Notre Dame (Sherman Oaks, Calif.), Brandon McCoy of Sierra Canyon (Chatsworth, Calif.), Jordan Smith of Paul VI (Chantilly, Va.), Caleb Holt of Prolific Prep (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.), Dylan Mingo of Long Island Lutheran (Brookville, N.Y.), Cameron Williams of St. Mary's (Phoenix, Ariz.), Christian Collins of St. John Bosco (Bellflower, Calif.) and Jason Crowe Jr. of Inglewood (Calif.).

Eight of the top 10 prospect in the Class of 2027 are also expected to participate in the event including Bruce Branch and Nasir Anderson of Prolific Prep, C.J. Rosser and Obinna Ekezie of Southeastern Prep Academy (Orlando, Fla.), Moussa Kamissoko of Long Island Lutheran, Paul Osaruyi of CIA-Bella Vista (Scottsdale, Ariz.), Marcus Spears of Dynamic Prep (Irving, Texas) and Lincoln Cosby of Montverde Academy (Montverde, Fla.).

The event features numerous high-profile matchups such as Columbus (Miami, Fla.) vs. Sierra Canyon, Archbishop Stepinac (White Plains, N.Y.) vs. Notre Dame, Long Island Lutheran vs. Montverde Academy, Paul VI vs. Notre Dame, Columbus vs. St. John Bosco and Spire Academy (Geneva, Ohio) vs. Brewster Academy (Wolfeboro, N.H.).
