Harker is 10-0 against Eastside College Prep since February of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Harker Eagles will host the Eastside College Prep Panthers at 6:45 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Harker fell victim to Sacred Heart Prep and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They came up short against the Gators, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 667th, while the Gators are ranked 243rd).

Meanwhile, Eastside College Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of King's Academy. The game was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Panthers couldn't quite close it out.

Eastside College Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Harker, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5-1.

Everything went Harker's way against Eastside College Prep when the teams last played on January 8th, as Harker made off with a 5-1 win. Does Harker have another victory up their sleeve, or will Eastside College Prep turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
