Baseball Game Preview: White Knoll Timberwolves vs. Lexington Wildcats

For the second straight game, White Knoll will face off against Lexington. The Timberwolves will head out to square off against the Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.

White Knoll is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 14 runs two weeks ago, they were much more limited against Lexington on Tuesday. They lost 13-2 to the Wildcats. The Timberwolves' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Dillon Woods was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, two RBI, and one double.

White Knoll's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Lexington, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-10.
